At Tru Kore Studios we want every client to get the most out of their time with us.

In order to reinforce this, we need to ensure everyone is ready for the class when it is scheduled to start.

Arrival Time: Clients are expected to arrive 5-10 minutes before the class is due to start to allow you to prepare for the class.

Late Entry: If a client arrives more than 5 minutes late, they will not be allowed into the class for safety reasons for themselves and others in the class. The client will be charged for this session.
