At Tru Kore Studios, we strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. To ensure that every session is properly scheduled and that our instructors’ time is well respected, we kindly request that all clients adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• Cancelation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session.
• Late Cancelation: any cancellation made within 12 hours of the scheduled session will result in a full charge for the session. This includes no shows and last minute cancellations.
• Exceptions: in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try out best to accommodate your situation. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in helping us maintain a fair and respectful scheduling system for both our clients and instructors.
