Reformer Pilates is a low impact, full body workout performed on a reformer machine. It helps improve strength, flexibility, posture and core stability using spring resistance.
Tru Kore Studios offers classes for all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced. We recommend everyone attends at least one Foundation class before any others to ensure they are confident without the reformer machine.
For best results we recommend 2-4 sessions per week, depending on your goals. Consistency is key to seeing improvements in strength and flexibility and remember you never regret a workout!!
Wear comfortable active wear that allows movement. You have to wear grip socks to attend the session for safety reasons, These can be purchased when booking or at the studio.
If you have an injury please consult a medical professional before attending a class. Inform the instructor of your injuries so they provide modifications to exercises if needed. Private sessions are a good option for injury rehabilitation.
We require at least 12 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no- shows will result in loss of credits. Please see our full cancellation and late policy for further information
Yes we offer a range of private sessions from1-1 to group sessions. Please see our section on private bookings.
Please book through our online booking system (insert book now). Advance booking is essential, we do not offer walk ins.
Yes, we recommend pre and postnatal classes that are available with specially trained staff. Please see our timetable for these classes. Always check with you Doctor or Midwife before attending.
